tiane media was born in early 2020 as a platform on which I present my books. It all is somewhat connected to truth, self-improvement, personal development, and physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, resilience and health. The books presented here span many different subjects, and you might be surprised how this could all relate to the same author and the same ultimate purpose. I understand. I love writing and I love teaching things that are beyond the obvious. My books are my way of spreading the word and sharing information that is meaningful to me and hopefully to you too. My books span various subjects and they may not seem connected, but they are! It is not necessarily something apparent, at least not at first glance. But this is the point for me: Going deeper. And doing that, going deeper, you will find, that, indeed, all my books are connected. Curious? Check out this page and find out more. One more thing right here right now: One of my main offerings to this world is working with people. I give one-on-one sessions, run retreats and seminars, and I do online events of various kinds. More on that on my private practice page aneesha.org and on my retreat page naturemygoddess.com. That I write is just a natural consequence of all my various experiences that I have accumulated this lifetime so far. So check it out and read my books. So? Where are all those books??

Ok, I have to be honest. So far I have 'only' written two books, and a few more are in the pipeline. And right now, as I am writing this, some of them are being written in English, others in German. Translations will happen eventually, but new books are my priority. And they'll come in whatever language turns out to be easier for me at the time, depending on the subject (I'm bilingual). Anyway, there are more books to come, for sure. It'll just take a while. So if you want to be the first to know when my next book comes out, click on the button below and you will be notified.

Stress Coaching for Better Resilience

I am passionate about nervous system health and strengthening one's resilience. The world we live in challenges us to the max sometimes. Chronic stress can lead to chronic dysregulation of the nervous system, and this needs to be counteracted if we want to stay healthy. What do I mean by chronic dysregulation? Another word for it is Trauma. But that's a scary word, which is overrated and often misunderstood. Trauma is not in the event, it is in the body. It is far less scary than we think, and it is entirely possible to recover from it. As I said, trauma is simply a dysregulation in the Autonomic Nervous System. So, in order to effectively work with trauma, we need to work with the body. I use two different methods; TRE®, the abbreviation for Trauma Releasing Exercises, and a synthesis of Irene Lyon's and Dr. Peter A. Levine's work that I call Somatic Therapy. TRE® works directly with the muscle tissue in a non-invasive way and through this, accesses the nervous system and the brainstem. Somatic Therapy uses the felt sense of the body to access the client's physiology where the trauma is held. You can read more about trauma and nervous system health here.

Overcoming Compulsive Eating Patterns & Food-related issues 

I get it. Eating well and maintaining healthy and well-balanced eating patterns is not easy for some of us. It's my own story. I have spent many years trying to fix my dietary issues. I used to over-eat, I used to not eat for days and weeks. Of course, not in order to detox but in order to lose weight! I used to try any diet that I would come across in that desperate attempt to look good and to be acceptable by society's ideal. Got similar experiences? Want to change something? I am here for you. Changing those kinds of patterns isn't easy when you are all alone. It really helps if there's someone that knows what it feels like and that has walked the path before you. Conscious Relating

I get it. I've been there too. Relating is one of the most beautiful, and yet, one of the hardest things to do well, leave alone master. But I do know how we can make it better. Easier. More fulfilling. More satisfying.Healthy. Are you ready to transform the way you relate? Let's begin: In my research and professional experience, I've seen over and over again that the root cause of many, if not all, relationship problems is unrecognized early childhood adversity, and this is what needs to be worked on first. Next, we'll look at relationship dynamics and investigate what keeps you feeling disconnected, unsafe, not seen or understood. Contrary to what many people think, big changes can occur even if only one partner works on themselves. I know you may want your husband or wife to do the work, to change, to fix whatever it is that he or she does. No! Start with yourself and you will see the miracle that is bound to happen in your relationship. If one person changes the other is bound to follow. And often, he or she does so without you needing to push them at all! Sometimes, the field changes (the relationship dynamics), and that is enough. Other times, the partner feels the shift in you and suddenly wants to see a therapist or coach himself. So, open yourself up to this possibility. If your partner is ready, I will also do couples sessions. But I won't do it if you have to force your partner into my office. Start with yourself. You can do it for your partner or for your kids. But really, do it first and foremost for your own heart and soul, otherwise, it just won't work as well as it could. Get in touch to book an appointment today.

Courses & Seminars

I run courses and experiential groups in various different subjects. One of my projects in this area is called Nature my Goddess, in the context of which I run nature retreats that are grounded in meditation but some also focus on deep transformative work. For more information check out the Nature my Goddess webpage. Another one of my areas of interest is facilitating group processes called Osho Meditative Therapies. Read more about it here. Yet another area of interest is focussed on healing the nervous system. More about it here. So take your pick. In pretty much all I do, we’ll work on the underlying root cause that is responsible for relationship-, work, and life issues that all of us face sometimes. All my workshops consist of some teaching and some experiential content. You'll get the chance to learn and embody tools that will help you navigate life with more ease, trust, and confidence. Also, working in a group environment, as opposed to individual counseling, can be so much more powerful. The clients that I have worked with in the past have confirmed this in their feedback.
